Overview
Drilling buckets are essential tools in the drilling industry for various applications including higher water-bearing sandy soil, silt, clay and weathered soft formation. The drilling bucket can be designed in cylindrical type and tapered type depending on bucket diameter, type of drill rig and rock formation. The cutting elements are classified into two types; bucket teeth for drilling soft to medium-soft soil, clay and marl formation, bullet teeth for boulder and hard ground.
There are two types of drilling bucket bottom: single layer and double layer; and the inlet of cuttings also falls into two types: single door and double door.
